THESE HOMES CAN BE GROWN INTO CASTLES AND ALL BY PURCHASING ONE PANEL AT A TIME. THEY ARE SELF ASSEMBLED AND INCLUDE AGRICULTURE PANELS THAT CAN SWIVEL TO THE OUTSIDE FOR SUNLIGHT.

DISCLAIMER : Starter homes will be available to everyone. Also, panel ownership will never be revoked. Everyone who signs up with Real is a REAL owner via divindends from profits from advertisng. Therefore, owners living in starter home units will have accountability as they begin paying for their panels. The idea HERE AT REAL is to help. But since living in a starter unit without paying takes from dividends, there is a limit REAL has to impose before asking a person to leave the home. We will offer probably up to a six month hardship assistance program with extensions if proof of hardship is provided. And, if finally REAL administrators decide and vote, then a person can finally loose their right to stay in the home. But they will always maintain their hard equity in the panels they have purchased so far. Then, and at any time in which the owner can  start paying again, they can move back in a home, maintain their equity, and finish paying it off. Asuming the home owner utilizes a REAL starter land site, as soon as an owner pays fully for their entire starter home, owners are expected to buy land and move their home to it. Real may assist in this and probably will as we grow. We can do this by allowing the home owner to use the equity in their now fully owned home as a down payment on the land and now borrow the amount needed to move thier fully owned home onto their own land they are now paying off. This allows REAL to make room for new home owners to begin buying a home too now assuming they need the REAL new home land site to purchase a start up unit.

We hope that 5 years will allow each home owner to own a home on thier land, and be fully paid off and debt free. This will enable to help people buy more panels and grow their homes as their families grow. And then people can all afford vacations, start businesses, and live like never before.
